Your Arrival
  • How do I check in?
    You are welcome to check-in any time after 3 pm using a keypad on the door. Shortly before your arrival, you will receive detailed check-in instructions. Early check-in is subject to availability and requires advance approval.

    As a rule, there is no check-in on the Sabbath. The Jewish Sabbath runs from Friday evening sunset till Saturday evening sunset. In this period, we don’t work but all apartment services should be fully functional.

  • What are the basic furnishings, amenities, and appliances of the apartment?
    Our apartments feature high-end toiletries, a first aid kit, an iron and ironing board, hangers, a hairdryer, cleaning products and equipment, plush towels and linen, high-speed WiFi, TV with Netflix, air conditioning, stove, fridge, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine and complimentary capsules, black coffee, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, black pepper, olive oil, a bottle of water, and chocolates, all complimentary. Welcome!
  • Will you need a security deposit?
    Prior to check-in, a valid credit card must be on file and will be authorized for 2000 shekels to cover repair or replacement costs in case of damage caused by you or your guests. This security deposit applies to damaged furniture, appliances, lighting, television, video or audio equipment, stained or damaged walls and upholstery, clogged plumbing, broken dishes, windows or mirrors, damaged or missing appliances or accessories, flooding or fire, etc. Should such costs exceed your security deposit, your card will be charged for the additional amount. We will notify you of any damages or charges as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after your departure.

    If you see that something is damaged on arrival or during your stay, please let us know right away. We will do our best to repair or replace it.
  • Can I extend my stay once I'm in the apartment?
    Of course! It's subject to availability, of course, but please get in touch with us, and we will do our best to accommodate you, either in the same apartment or a similar one.
  • Should I provide my linen and towels?
    No need. We equip our apartments with high-end bathroom amenities, including plush linen and towels.
  • Are there cleaning products?
    All our apartments are tidy and clean for your arrival. But basic detergents and other cleaning products are available.
  • Can I book an additional housekeeping service?
    Yes. If you would like to book additional housekeeping, you may book it during the reservation process or contact us, preferably 24 hours in advance.
  • What are the house rules?
    Our apartments have a strict no-smoking, no-parties, and no-pet policy. If your apartment has a balcony, it is possible to enjoy a cigarette outside. Other house rules appear at the bottom of each apartment’s description page.
Your Stay
  • Where can I get a local SIM card?
    Phone accessory stores abound in Jerusalem. We recommend cards from Pelephone or Golan.
  • Who do I speak to if there are issues with the apartment?
    Just call or chat with us at +972-50-590-1160 or +972-50-3093010. We’ll address the problem right away.
  • Can I get a price quote without booking?
    You absolutely can. Do it easily through the website – just select your dates and desired apartment and follow the reservation process for a price quote. Remember: bookings are first come, first served. To secure your preferred apartment, we recommend booking while your preferred place is still available.
  • Can I cook in the apartment?
    Unleash your inner master chef! Each apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen.
  • Is it safe?
    We do provide a late checkout service on both shabbat and holidays, but at an additional cost. The fees are 150 nis for couples and 280 nis for four guests or more. To request this service, kindly reach out to us via email, WhatsApp, or phone after completing your booking. We'll be happy to assist you further.
  • Do you provide a late checkout service during Shabbat or holidays?
    Absolutely! All our apartments are secure, with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.
Arrivals and Departures
  • At what time can I check-in and check out?
    Room Check-In and Check-Out:
    Check in after 3:00 pm.
    Check out before 11:00 am.

    Check-in before or check-out after these times is subject to the availability and advance approval of the company management and may be subject to an additional payment. Late check-out on Saturday, after the Sabbath, is optional for an additional charge of 200 shekels, subject to availability.
    No services are provided during the Jewish Sabbath period (Friday sunset to Saturday sunset). In case of emergencies, call +972 507292679.
  • What should I do when I leave?
    Before you leave, we would appreciate it if you would do the following:

    • 1. Put used towels into the laundry basket.
    • 2. Ensure all windows are closed.
    • 3. There is no need to clean the house, but please leave everything tidy.
    • 4. Turn off the air conditioner and lights.
    If something was damaged during your stay, please let us know so we can fix it before hosting our next guests.
Payment
  • Can I get a receipt for my payment?
    Yes indeed. If you haven’t received an automatic payment receipt, please contact us by email kinggeorgesuitesoffice@gmail.com, and we will send a copy.
  • Are water, internet, electricity and cleaning fee included?
    Yes. No additional fees will be charged for any of these.
  • What is VAT, and do I need to pay it?
    All rates published on the website are in NIS and are valid for non-Israeli tourists. Residents and citizens of Israel will be charged the posted rate with the addition of Value Added Tax, as required by law.
  • Can I pay using my PayPal account?
    Yes, we accept payment with PayPal.
  • Can I pay using my credit card?
    Yes, the option will be presented during the payment process.
  • When do I pay?
    We charge the total amount upon reservation. However, we will consider alternative methods, particularly long-stay reservations. Please contact us.
  • What is our Cancellation Policy?
    Short stays (up to 7 nights)
    Our short-stay cancellation policy requires that you notify us more than 5 days before your arrival date to incur no charge. After that, you may cancel and receive a 50% refund, minus the first night.

    Long stays (8 nights or more)
    Our long-stay cancellation or modification policy requires notification 14 days before the arrival date.
    A reservation canceled more than 14 days before the arrival date will incur no charge. A reservation canceled more than 7 days before the arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the total amount. There is no refund for reservations canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date.

    If you have or expect a change in your plans, please let us know as soon as you can. No-show without prior notification or cancellation will be charged the total amount of the reservation, and the Company will not be obligated to hold the apartment(s) for any subsequent nights of the reservation.
  • In the case of Cancellation, how long does it take to get a refund?
    We send refunds immediately upon cancellation, and they usually show up on your payment method account within 3-5 days, but sometimes it takes as long as 15 days before they appear. In a few countries, such as Brazil and India, the refund can take up to 2 months to arrive.
